Our maple syrup production, consisting of 4,000 taps and expanding, started in the spring of 2023. Our family operation consists of a 4’x13′ wood-fired evaporator with sap collected from our mature forest of a mix of soft and hard maples with the help of a pipeline and vacuum pump and a couple hundred buckets.
With the operation being new, we are still experimenting on maple syrup transformation into delicious maple products. We have maple syrup, maple butter, maple sugar, cones and taffy available for now.
